Welcome WMS Orchestra Families!
Currently under the direction of Mr. Joshua High and Mr. Adrian Martinez, the Woodcreek Middle School Orchestras consistently earn sweepstakes (superior ratings in both concert and sight-reading portions) at the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation performances. During Region Orchestra auditions, WMS consistently gets 25-30 students to earn spots - including top spots and some of the highest number/percentage of students make it. Students are also overwhelmingly superior rating winners in the solo and ensemble contests. The program has won best in class, superior ratings, and overall outstanding awards at competitions throughout Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. They have also won recognition throughout the years in national competitions as well!
